Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery via USPS First Class usually takes 1–4 business days, but it may take up to 10 business days depending on your location and USPS delays.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Yes! We offer free First Class USPS shipping on all orders over $150.

We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout. This optional coverage protects your package in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If Route is not selected, Neely Phelan is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please email us at hello@neelyphelan.com within 5 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item, as well as the shipping box if possible—these help us assess the situation quickly.

Once we receive your email, we’ll review the details and follow up with the next steps.

Please note: Damage claims submitted after the 5-day window will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Return + Exchanges

We hope you love your jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns that meet the following guidelines.

We accept returns on items within 5 days of arrival that are in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging. This means tags and jewelry cards attached and intact.

We do not accept returns on International orders, Final Sale and Custom Items.

We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges.  Please return your merchandise and place a new order.

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns submitted without an RA number will not be accepted.

To request a return, please sign into your account here and follow the prompts to begin the return process.

A flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.00 USD will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Once your return label is issued, you have 3 days to ship your item.

If the item is not shipped within 3 days, your return will be processed as store credit instead of a refund. If your return is not shipped within a week it will be canceled.

If you haven’t received your return shipping label within 24 hours of your RA request (excluding weekends), please email us at hello@neelyphelan.com. Also, check your spam or filtered folders in case the email landed there.

We try to process your return as fast as possible! Once it's been delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 14 days to process. Upon approval, your refund can take around 2-7 business days to reflect, depending on your banking partner.

Items purchased at a discount are eligible for returns or exchanges, except for items noted as "Final Sale". Final Sale items will be noted on their product page. No price adjustments on past purchases.
