Return Policy

Neely Phelan is dedicated to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise and are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

For a full refund (shipping fees deducted), merchandise must be returned in original unused condition. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account. We do not accept returns on any custom styles or SALE items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

To return an item please ship your order with a copy of your receipt. We recommend that you ship with an insured courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Parcel Post. Neely Phelan is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping Loss

Neely Phelan is not liable for any items lost in shipping by USPS, UPS or Fedex.

Warranty Policy

Each Neely Phelan product is carefully hand constructed from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of a hand made process, we offer a 6 month warranty on all Neely Phelan pieces from date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear) and we will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product.

Our Designs

Neely Phelan designs often incorporate unique and extraordinary one-of-a-kind vintage elements. Some components date back decades and may be fragile.

Please note that any style in our shop marked with the description “vintage piece will vary” contains a vintage element. Slight variation within these styles is a result of the limited nature of our vintage pieces and is not a sign of defect. Natural aging adds to the character of each pieces and is part of the beauty and charm of owning a handmade piece of jewelry.
